How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. However, we always advise to choose a larger size than your actual wrist size, in particular for the Zen Loop Duo and Icon Loop as these do not stretch like the silicon products. We make these a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the LARGE size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don't stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.
* NOTE: Size is measured around the knee. Due to the fact that size of thighs and knee joint shape may vary, there may be some slippage occurring when using the support during exercise or over long periods of time, therefore there may need to be some adjustment required during use to ensure correct fit and comfort. We have avoided silicone gripper bands as they do cause skin discomfort and irritation.

I bought my Trion :Z COLOUR PALETTE a few weeks ago as I have had Plantar fasciitis for nearly 8 months and it wasn’t getting better and as a runner and not being able to run for this long is painful in itself. So I got a Trion Z and within 3 weeks I am nearly pain free and looking forward to running in the new year. I just bought another one for my partner who has knee problem. I’d tried the duo loop (& the similar head version) and both split within 3 months of daily wear. As they were both a small I ordered that size in the colour pallet rang. Unfortunately it was far too tight and I passed it on to someone else. I now have the medium and its a bit big, keeps slipping down to the wrist bone. However, it does appear to be effective, I have MS and with fatigue being the major problem I feel I have a bit more energy to go about the day.
