How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. However, we always advise to choose a larger size than your actual wrist size, in particular for the Zen Loop Duo and Icon Loop as these do not stretch like the silicon products. We make these a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the LARGE size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don't stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.
* NOTE: Size is measured around the knee. Due to the fact that size of thighs and knee joint shape may vary, there may be some slippage occurring when using the support during exercise or over long periods of time, therefore there may need to be some adjustment required during use to ensure correct fit and comfort. We have avoided silicone gripper bands as they do cause skin discomfort and irritation.
