Colantotte and Trion:Z bracelets are based on the following sizes:

Small 16cm (6.3")
Medium 18cm (7.1")
Large 20cm (7.9")

How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference.

Choosing the Right Size

Zen Loop Duo, Icon Loop and Tri Loop do not stretch like the silicon products so they are made a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.

Measure around your wrist using a piece of string and/or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the Medium size.

Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don’t stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER All UK orders will be dispatched the day your order is placed, using a Tracked 48 hour service. STANDARD DELIVERY

Any UK order with a net value of £75 or more, after deduction of Gold Club discount or any other sale price discount, will qualify for free delivery.

We want your purchase to be just right. If something isn’t perfect, whether it’s the size, colour, or a defect, we’re here to help you get the product that works best for you.

Step 1 – Contact Us First

Please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order or complete the pre-authorisation form to get a speedy response.

Pre-authorisation is required before returning any product.

Step 2 – Preparing Your Return

  • Return the item in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Include a short note with your order number and date of purchase.
  • Once shipped, please email us a photo of the return postage receipt; this helps us speed up processing.

Please note: If the item is not returned in its original, undamaged packaging, a £5 repacking fee may apply.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll send your replacement right away.

A Few Friendly Reminders

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service to avoid lost or delayed parcels.
  • Items that are damaged or excessively worn will not be accepted.
  • We aim to provide authorisation within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • All magnetic therapy products come with a 6-month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship.
  • If you have a faulty product within the guarantee period, please email info@eurozonebrands.com along with an image of the issue, order number, and reason for return; we will reply with further instructions.
  • Please check your wrist size against the measurements provided to avoid unnecessary returns and a restock charge.
  • For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage. Please ensure you have paid the correct postage to avoid extra charges.
  • Do not use the return address printed on the envelope you received—this is our fulfilment centre and may cause delays or loss of your return.

We’re here to make sure your exchange or return is smooth, quick, and stress-free. Thank you for shopping with us and giving us the opportunity to make it right for you.

You can return any new, unused or damaged item to us within 14 days from receipt, for a full refund. Products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, to avoid a repacking charge of £3. When returning your item, please send us a photo of the return in its original packaging and your return postage receipt. We can then issue your refund immediately.

Without the above, we can still accept your return, but a refund will be issued once it has been received back at our warehouse and inspected. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days to reach your account. All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts of craftmanship. If an item is faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and cover any reasonable return postage costs.

Please note that if the original packaging is not available due to the fault, we do not require it to be returned. However, please contact us for authorisation before returning your product. We value your custom and your satisfaction, so if you have a problem or are not happy with your item, please email us.

    I’m finding the large to large and small/medium to snug.
