How to Choose the Size:
Our Icon Loop bracelets are crafted with a secure clasp and a fixed structure, meaning they do not stretch like silicone wristbands. To ensure smooth opening/closing and day-long comfort, they are intentionally made approximately 1 cm larger than a standard stretch band.
Because they are non-stretch, selecting the correct size is important to avoid returns.
Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string:

This ensures the bracelet sits comfortably on the wrist while allowing the clasp to move naturally during activity.
Our packaging shows a general wristband size guide. However, Duo Loop bracelets use a secure clasp and a non-stretch design, so the fit differs slightly from traditional silicone wristbands.
For the most accurate fit, always measure your wrist and follow the sizing advice on this page. This reflects the true fit of the Duo Loop construction and helps avoid exchanges.

How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference.
Zen Loop Duo, Icon Loop and Tri Loop do not stretch like the silicon products so they are made a little larger to allow for the clasp to open/fasten and allow for the internal measurement of the bracelets, therefore you may find the bracelets are slightly larger than ordered if measured out flat, as the size is based on the internal circumference when placed on your wrist.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string and/or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the Medium size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don’t stretch like our Trion:Z silicon products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.

A Few Friendly Reminders
We’re here to make sure your exchange or return is smooth, quick, and stress-free. Thank you for shopping with us and giving us the opportunity to make it right for you.
You can return any new, unused or damaged item to us within 14 days from receipt, for a full refund. Products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, to avoid a repacking charge of £3. When returning your item, please send us a photo of the return in its original packaging and your return postage receipt. We can then issue your refund immediately.
Without the above, we can still accept your return, but a refund will be issued once it has been received back at our warehouse and inspected. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days to reach your account. All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts of craftmanship. If an item is faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and cover any reasonable return postage costs.
Please note that if the original packaging is not available due to the fault, we do not require it to be returned. However, please contact us for authorisation before returning your product. We value your custom and your satisfaction, so if you have a problem or are not happy with your item, please email us.

I had never had any issues with TrionZ and have purchased other items from them in the past and usually found them to be very helpful customer service wise. So when this new bracelet popped up I thought great. I will get some! I duly measured my wrist and that of my husband and purchased what I thought was the appropriate size based on their instructions. Delivery was quick, however when they arrived although a larger size had been ordered, they were tight and surprisingly scratchy! I tried to get in touch with customer services via their online bot. However this was showing as offline. So a day later I emailed them to ask for options, had they contacted me I would have asked what their recommendations would be for someone with my size wrist. Sadly I did not get a reply from their customer services even though I emailed twice. Conscious of the returns window I sent both back for a refund. The refund came through quickly which was nice. I am just disappointed that I was not contacted. Will I order from them again. I don’t know.

I’ve been a customer for many years now and always been delighted, however, I have to say, whilst the quality is without question as usual, I’m not blown away by the design this time, sorry ! I’m sure they will be very popular but I just find the ‘open loop’ design a bit fussy for my taste and I’m finding that I’m fiddling with it a lot to keep it comfortably in place. It won’t stop me from using Trion Z but, from an entirely personal point of view, I’ll have to opt for a different design next time.

I’m afraid the square that holds the two loops of cord came apart. The top piece which is glued onto the two pillars that the cord is wrapped around, simply came off. I have not had the Icon loop more than a few weeks. I’ve no idea how you re glue it back together.
