How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. However we always advise to choose a larger size than your actual wrist size, in particular for the Zen Loop Duo/Solo. This is to allow the clasp to open/fasten.
Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest maximum size to your actual wrist size, for instance if your wrist measures 18cm choose the LARGE size.
Our Colantotte® wristband products are made out of high quality materials, in some cases these are titanium so they don't stretch like our Trion:Z products. Please take this into consideration when choosing a size.

The sizes were unclear, so my son got the medium one that was for me & I’m wearing the size large that was meant for him, around my ankle….idk if that’s okay, but they’re so expensive I wanted to use them. I also found, looking further, some Trion-Z for around $20.00. I’m unsure if those are knock off versions or not. One other issue I had is the advertisement I was emailed said I would also receive a free mask (I’m unsure the correct name) but did not.

I have no idea as it’s taken weeks to get to me and I still don’t have the product I bought. Historically I have owned trion products and I have liked them. Not sure on the new version though. Hopefully it works as I hope.
