DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER

All UK orders will be dispatched the day your order is placed, using a Tracked 48 hour service.

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • UK: 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
  • EUROPE: 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri).
  • WORLDWIDE: 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri).

Any UK order with a net value of £75 or more, after deduction of Gold Club discount or any other sale price discount, will qualify for free delivery.

Exchange your product

To ensure a hassle-free exchange process, the easiest way to exchange your product for a different size, is to send your order back for a refund (within 14 days of receipt) and to place your order again through our website. Please ensure you include your order number and date of order on a note when returning your product.

Once we have received your return and can see that a new order has been placed, you will receive your money back from us within 1-2 weeks.

You can return any new, unused or damaged item to us within 14 days from receipt, for a full refund. Products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship.

We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred for return postage. However, in this case, please contact us prior to returning your product for authorisation.

Please be aware that US or EU orders returned to us may be subject to a 25% restock charge. This means 25% of the value of your order may be taken off your refund.

We value your custom and your satisfaction, so if you have a problem or are not happy with your item, please call or email us.

    Receive a refund

     

    In the unlikely event that you need to return your order, please complete the pre-authorisation form below within 14 days of receipt, to receive your authorisation reference and details on where to send your product back to.

     

    DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT PRE-AUTHORISATION.

    WE ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE AUTHORISATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. 7 DAYS A WEEK.

     

    Please return in its original packaging and we will inspect it on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are damaged or excessively worn. Refunds can take 1-2 weeks to appear in your account.

     

    Please note, that returns postage is paid for by the customer. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items, therefore we recommend returning the goods through traceable means. EU and US orders may also be subject to a 25% restock charge which would be taken off your refund.
