Item typically arrives in 2-3 business days. Locate your package in transit with complimentary tracking information at www.usps.com. Please allow 1 business day for warehouse processing.

- The lowest available level of shipping will automatically be selected for you during checkout. For example, if Priority is not a shipping option for the item you are ordering, your shipping level will default to FedEx Ground automatically.
- Any order with 5 or more pieces will automatically default to FedEx Ground.
- Should you choose to upgrade your shipping option to FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight, your shipping charges will fluctuate accordingly.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Guam
Any product shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam will default to Priority Mail automatically. Should you choose to upgrade your shipping option to FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight, your shipping charges will fluctuate accordingly. Any order with 5 or more pieces will automatically default to FedEx Ground. You will be charged $5 for your first product, and $1.50 for each additional item. Trion:Z does not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any international destination outside of the United States. Please visit www.trionz.com for a full list of international distributors.
Shipping Timing
Shipping arrival times may vary according to unanticipated events, holidays, and other variables before or during transit. All orders are processed in-house at Trion:Z's Corporate Headquarters Monday through Friday till 4pm Eastern Time. Please allow one business day for warehouse processing in addition to the required days during transit. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern Time will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. Trion:Z is closed in reflection of the following holidays:

- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
APO/FPO
Unfortunately, Trion:Z does not offer deliveries to APO/FPO and other noncontiguous US addresses at this time.
