Few players make such an immediate try-scoring impact at Test level as Luther Burrell, who crossed the opposition line three times in his first four matches for England.

He signed for the Saints in the summer of 2012 and impressed immediately with his pace and power. He not only marked his England debut against France at Stade de France that February with a stunning try but scored a second against Scotland in the 20-0 victory at Murrayfield the following week and a third in the 29-18 win over Wales.

Since moving to Northampton, he has played in 72 matches and scored 20 tries.

Despite finishing top of the Aviva Premiership table in the 2014-2015 table, Luther’s Northampton Saints we’re beaten in the semi-final play-off by eventual Champions, Saracens. What followed was a difficult summer for Luther, as he narrowly missed out on a home World Cup squad place to Sam Burgess after a somewhat controversial decision.

Since the disappointment, Luther has bounced back with real professionalism to re-gain his place in the England 6 Nations training squad following his brilliant form for Northampton Saints at the beginning of the 2015-2016 Aviva Premiership campaign.

Luther likes to wear the Trion:Z Acti Loop and the Camo Loop in order to aid his performance and recovery.
