Q: How long should Trion:Z work?

A: Trion:Z should maintain its negative-ion producing properties for many years. Unlike other ion bracelets, Dual loop, Broadband, Single loop necklace are made with a unique material called "Mineon Health®", which has "negative ion producing minerals" woven into the fabric. It will not "discharge" like many metal "ionized" bracelets.

Q: What Size Trion:Z should I buy? How snugly should it fit?

A: How tight you wear the bracelet is based on personal preference. It is an elastic material to stretch over your hand. Some people like it loose and floppy, some like it to fit snugly and not move during sports. Measure around your wrist using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest size to your actual wrist size. If you like a loose fit, select the next larger size than the actual measurement.

Q: Is there a proper way to orient the magnets?

A: For bracelets, the two holes of the magnet housing should face the skin for maximum penetration. We have added additional magnets to compensate for the Necklace being worn loosely or over clothing. With all the products, there are no specific areas to place the magnets. The products should be worn to fit comfortably and not be too tight, so as to not cut off circulation.

Q: Do I wear Trion:Z 24/7?

A: Trion:Z can be worn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It can be worn while showering, but many people remove it when bathing to keep the product dry.

Q: Can I wear the Trion:Z while bathing, swimming or surfing?

A: Yes, Trion:Z will retain its "magnet technology and negative ion-producing power" even after being submerged, or exposed to salt water. It should be thoroughly rinsed out after being in salt water or in chlorine to preserve its appearance.

Q: How do I wash my Trion:Z?

A: You should hand wash in warm/cool water using a mild detergent every other week or more often depending on use. Allow to completely air dry. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.

Q: Can I wear more than one Trion:Z at a time?

A: Yes. Many people wear more than one at a time. If you find yourself feeling lightheaded or overly stimulated while wearing multiple bands, reduce the number that you wear.

Q: Is one Trion:Z more powerful than the others?

A: All of our products use the same technology.

Q: Can I wear Trion:Z while sleeping under an electric blanket?

A: Yes. The technology of Trion:Z is different than other negative-ion products, especially compared to metal "ionized" bracelets, and will not become discharged when worn while sleeping under electric blankets.

Q: Should I be concerned about wearing a magnet/ion product if I have a pacemaker or other medical devices?

A: Any devices or products that are effected by magnets or magnetic fields should be considered when using the Trion:Z. If you have any medical devices or conditions, you should consult your physician before wearing the product.

Q: Can I wear Trion:Z while wearing a wristwatch?

A: If you have a mechanical movement (a watch that needs to be wound, or automatically rewinds itself) in your watch instead of an electronic movement (Quartz movement or similar), you should wear the Trion:Z on the opposite wrist as your wristwatch.

Q: Should I wear Trion:Z on the left wrist or the right wrist?

A: You can wear the product on either wrist, whichever is more comfortable for you.

Q: Can I wear Trion:Z on my ankle?

A: Yes, you will need the appropriate size, which may be bigger than for your wrist. If a bracelet is size is not available to fit your ankle, you may want to purchase a necklace and wrap it around your ankle twice.

Q: Why don't you have the college I want?

A: It is up to the college whether their logo can be used or not. There are several colleges we are working with for licensing and approval; however, a complete list is not available. We would suggest contacting the school to request the product. This may help in their consideration of our product.

Q: I didn't receive any confirmation emails. How can I see if my order went through?

A: It is possible that the email was delivered to the "Junk" or "Bulk" mail folder, deleted altogether by the mail server or an incorrect email was supplied. As a member, you have access to view present and past orders. If you do not receive an email 6 hours from placing your order, please email info@trionz.com.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: New Products purchased on www.TrionZ.com are eligible for return within a 60-day period from the date of purchase. Returned products must be received in new, unused and resalable condition. Trion:Z reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned product should that product not meet Trion:Z's criteria for new, unused or resalable condition. Used products may not be returned for refund or exchange. Order entry or shipping errors must be identified and claimed within 15 days of receipt of shipment by contacting Trion:Z Customer Service 760.496.1048.
All products must be received in new, resalable condition or shipment will be deemed unacceptable and returned at the customer's expense. All returned shipping charges will be assumed by the customer.

Q: What is the Warranty on Trion:Z products?

A: Trion:Z provides a limited warranty policy on its bracelets as it relates to manufacturing defects and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. Any defects occurring during this time frame as a result of normal use will be either repaired or replaced at the expense of Trion:Z. The following conditions apply to this warranty:

1. The bracelet must have been purchased from an authorized Trion:Z dealer.
2. The consumer must present proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.
3. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty claim based on evidence of abuse, mistreatment, defacing or misuse upon receipt of returned product.
4. This warranty applies only to the original customer of the Trion: Z product.
5. The replacement product will be under the same warranty as the original bracelet, assuming its purchase date for future warranty purposes.
6. Trion: Z management reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty policy.
